U-Jam Fitness
a program for all age and fitness level, it’s an athletic hip-hop dance fitness workout that combines dance and high energy music for a workout that is bound to get your heart rate up, your body moving, and make you work up a sweat – all while having FUN! Burn an average of 1,000 calories per workout…  (Check out their website). We guarantee you’ll be addicted after your first class.


F.I.T. Kids – Fun Interactive Training.  It's never too early to learn the benefits of physical activity. Designed to get kids up and moving w/ a combination of exercise classes and interactive training.  Fridays at 4:30pm

Zumba® – Join the party.  When participants see a Zumba class in action, they can’t wait to give it a try. Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! It’s easy to do, effective and totally. exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students.


Body & Mind:  Stretch your body and mind!  This class focuses on stretching techniques that increase your range of motion, aids in workout recovery, and ensures your muscles and tendons are conditioned to handle the rigors of sport and exercise.  We believe that health of body and mind are equally important. Kickboxing MA StyleIf you are in the mood to kick a 'lil booty, then this class is for you! Kickbox your way to the highest level of fitness & discipline through martial arts based kicking and punching techniques.  Develop defensive skills sure to build confidence and strength. This kick butt workout concentrates on stamina, speed, agility and strength.  Master Liz (third degree black belt) will prepare you for whatever punches life throws your way.  Bring out the best in yourself and remember Strong is the new skinny!  All levels accepted and no experience necessary just heart and perseverance.  Bring boxing gloves to class. 

Get Fit (Interval Circuit Training) this group fitness class will help tone your body, get in shape while working out w/ a group of fitness-minded people. We’re not only serious about getting you results – but also serious about giving you a positive, fun experience. Each class targets large muscles simultaneously, so you burn more calories in one session; we promise, you won’t be bored, we do stuff you just won’t do on your own. We do intervals, strength/circuit training, and we do it indoor or outdoor. All workout sessions are developed by Win Shortland, owner of EDF.

TRX – Suspension trainer that helps you build lean muscle, boost your metabolism, tighten your core, and increase endurance.

Ballroom Dance - Meet new friends, or have fun with old friends, learn the art of ballroom dancing in a relaxed social setting on a Friday night! Featured dance changes every few months. ($55/month, 4 sessions)
